Training Location
Training sessions are held at our head office in Alicetown, Lower Hutt. 
We are able to travel for trainings on request, but please be advised that when travel is required by Youth Beauty to another area, a travel fee will be applied.

Terms & Conditions:
Training:

Payment for all training courses is due on the date of enrolment.  By enrolling with us, it is deemed you have read and understood the following terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them and wish to undertake training with Youth Beauty Ltd

If you are unable to attend the practical course for any reason, please speak with us first. Youth Beauty will be unable to provide any refund.  With more than 21 days’ notice, places on future courses will be offered where spaces are available.  Priority will be given to existing confirmed bookings.  Rescheduling may incur a $100+gst rebooking fee.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, inclement weather, road accidents, staff illness, and other force majeure, it may be necessary to cancel, postpone or suspend all or part of any course. Although every effort will be made to ensure all courses are run, in the unlikely event that the company is forced to cancel any course we will endeavour to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time. The company will not be held responsible for additional expenses incurred by students as a result of cancellations for reasons that are beyond our control.

Children are not permitted at training sessions.  Should you or your model arrive with children your training will be cancelled.  Youth Beauty will be unable to provide any refund.  Places on future courses may be offered if spaces are available.  Priority will be given to existing confirmed bookings. The company will not be held responsible for additional expenses incurred by students as a result of cancellations.

For courses containing a pre-study element, Pre-study material is offered, and your online course login is issued upon receipt of payment.  Completion of the online pre-study module is required prior to attending the practical course. Should you arrive to your course without having studied this material, and comprehension of said course if affected by this, Youth Beauty hold no obligations to re-schedule or offer special or additional training for free.

For courses requiring models: You are required to arrange your models for your practical training.  If you are unable to arrange a model, please contact us within 21 days, so that we can try assist you with arranging a model. Youth Beauty makes no guarantees that we can find you a model, and you are urged to still continue to find your own. At no point will Youth Beauty take full responsibility to find you your models. If Youth Beauty arranges a model for you, we hold no responsibility for the model, and are only able to make our best judgement call for them being suitable and reliable.

For courses including kits: Your kit will be couriered to you upon receipt of payment, including a shipping payment, or if previously arranged your kit will be available for collection at your training session. 

For prepay account holders:  Full payment is required at the time orders are placed. 
Orders are dispatched on receipt of payment. All claims and requests for account credit must be make within 7 days of invoicing

For credit account holders:  Payment for all goods strictly 20th of the month following date of invoice.
All claims for credit must be made within 30 days of invoicing.
Unless prior arrangement has been made with the principals of Inspired Beauty NZ Ltd, if you are in default of our payment terms you undertake to indemnify us and pay all costs and expenses we may incur in recovering from you any overdue amount.

Ownership of goods delivered remains with Youth Beauty Ltd until payment in full has been received.

We reserve the right to charge interest each month on any overdue account.
