Can I take all Toniks at the same time?

When it comes to Natural Supplements there is no "one size fits all" in terms of dosage and frequency.

 

Our soft gel capsules use delayed release technology to bypass the stomach and be absorbed in your small intestine for a better nutrient absorption. If you are taking all four Tonik's we recommend a twice a day dosage before your meals.

 

Coconut - one capsule morning and night

ACV - one or two capsules morning and night

Curcumin- one capsule morning and night

Hemp Seed Oil- two or three morning and night

 

Our Tonik's compliment each other and can be taken together. Feel free to check with us if you are taking any other medications

All Toniks come with a 18 month shelf life however we doubt it will ever be sitting on your shelves that long as each bottle is a months supply!
