Does Baby Foot contain 2 plastic booties for use?
Yes, the Baby Foot pack contains one sock for each foot. It is suitable for women's sizes 4-12 and men's sizes 4-13.

Is Baby Foot reusable?
No, it is for single use only.

After my treatment, how do I take care of my feet?
Bathe as usual and avoid adding lotion if possible. If your feet become too dry, you may lightly apply an oil-free moisturizer. While not required, soaking your feet daily can enhance the peeling process.

Can I use Baby Foot if tinea, corns, or psoriasis is present?
Baby Foot may be used when skin conditions like corns or psoriasis are present. We recommend spot-testing a small area first to ensure you do not experience stinging.

Do I need to use Baby Foot every day for two weeks?
No, only one application is necessary, which involves a one-hour soaking time. Peeling usually begins within 3-7 days and can take approximately two weeks. Results may vary between individuals.

My heel is very rough. Is it okay to use Baby Foot?
Yes, Baby Foot is widely used by people with dry, rough skin on their soles or old dead skin cells on their heels and toes.

Do I wash the foot after soaking?
Yes, remove the plastic booties after the one-hour treatment, then rinse your feet thoroughly. Avoid adding lotion until the peeling process is complete. If your feet are too dry, you may use an oil-free lotion occasionally.

Do I need to stay seated while using Baby Foot?
No, you can walk around if desired. As long as your feet are soaking in the gel, you will get results. We recommend limited walking. For an enhanced experience, you can add a pair of socks over the plastic booties and wear shoes.

It has been one week since I used Baby Foot, but no dead skin cells have peeled off. How long does peeling take?
Results vary depending on the thickness of the dead skin cells. Peeling usually begins within 3-7 days but could take up to 14 days. Daily soaking can speed up the process, which usually completes within 7-10 days. After bathing, gently rub your feet with your hands to help start the peeling. Do not use a foot file.

After using Baby Foot, I still have some dead skin cells on my soles. When can I use Baby Foot again?
You can use Baby Foot again 2 weeks after your initial application.

How often do you recommend using Baby Foot?

1. Prior to using Baby Foot, soak feet in water to soften the skin. This allows the gel to be effectively absorbed into the skin. Dry feet and then begin the application process. Cut along the dotted line of the pack and place foot in pack. Secure pack with attached adhesive tape as indicated. Repeat for second foot. To increase absorption of the Baby Foot gel, wear a pair of socks over the Baby Foot packs for the application period. 2. Leave sock packs on for the required time to allow the gel be absorbed. 3. Remove the sock packs and wash feet gently with soap and water. Water activates Baby Foot. Saturate feet daily for effective peeling to occur.

Tips for Best Results

  • Remove Nail Polish: Take off any nail polish before starting.
  • Soak Feet Thoroughly: Wetting your feet softens the skin for better gel absorption.
  • Follow Instructions: Cut along the dotted line, place each foot in a pack, and secure with adhesive tape.
  • Wear Socks: To increase gel absorption, wear socks over the packs.
  • Daily Soaking: Soak your feet in water daily to activate the peeling process.

Peeling Process

  • Dead skin cells typically start peeling between 2 and 10 days after application.
  • Avoid forcibly removing dead skin cells; peeling times vary between individuals and can take 1-2 weeks.
  • For feet with significant dry skin buildup, a second Baby Foot application is recommended 4 weeks after the first.
